ryuichi sakamoto serves as a chairman of the board. more trees, as its name suggests, is a global initiative to plant more trees. Even in this moment, a mass destruction of forests is taking place, and human civilization will be at stake as its long-term consequence. this simple message, "more trees", we hope will be an important movement that leads to changes in our current situation.

LIFE is an aid project by more trees for afflicted area of the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake. Our goal is to build temporary houses using domestic timbers with the people living in the area and also to generate new jobs and recruitment by using forest resources in Tohoku.Not only to support Tohoku from the outside,but we support from domestic approach to achieve area rehabilitation. More trees supports to build the networks to autonomy,companies and citizens to produce "work" and " live", and regenerate "LIFE".

The introduction of Taiwan Designers Week In Taiwan, the merging of traditional and contemporary, western and eastern cultures has nourished many design communities with great diversity. Few years ago, many designers found that it is the time to build a platform for exchanging ideas and getting connected to other designers, creative communities and public. Initialed in 2007,Taiwan designers Week (TWDW) has become one of the most remarkable design events in Taiwan, and also the biggest annual design exhibition organized by non-governmental sector.

For it's grand opening exhibition, ICN gallery is proud to present the exhibition "OHAKO". OHAKO in Japanese means one's best technique and skill. Using traditional Japanese tea boxes from Shizuoka, Japan which are also pronounced as OHAKO each participating artist will express inside an entrusted tea box their best skill, one's "ohako" enclosed in an "ohako".

Introducing those who are active internationally as well as spirited new faces, the show features works by 30 Japanese artists who are leading the creative culture scene in Japan today; manga art, photography, architecture, ceramics, fashion, character design, art and more. This special exhibition aims to give London visitors a rare opportunity to experience the unique harmony of the Japanese arts using a combination of tradition and contemporary expression.

more about Otras cosas de Villarrosas After setting up the Villarrosas advertising agency, founders Oriol Villar and Jordi Rosasdecided they wanted to extend their talents to otras cosas (other things). As the name suggests, gallery Otrascosas de Villarrosas is the eclectic end product of their unique vision. Located in the same building as its sister company on Via Laietana, Otrascosas is a creative space divided into six parts and dedicated to both everything and nothing.

The gallery refuses to specialize in art or fashion, design, or any one specific medium for that matter. Instead, it hosts conferences, debates, live music and theater performances; screens documentaries, music videos, classic and modern films; as well as exhibits paintings, sculptures, strange objects and furniture. With otras cosas as its only theme, there are no limits to what you might find there.

A new gallery and shop called P LOT Gallery will be opening at Sendagaya Shibuya-ku in Tokyo. There will be a Grand Opening celebration in January.
